LEADER IN RIGID PACKAGING INDUSTRY EXPANDS CAPABILITIES
TricorBraun, an award winning leader in the rigid packaging industry, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Buffalo, New York-based Fenton, Weber & Jones Packaging, Inc., effective April 28, 2006. Fenton, Weber & Jones designs, engineers and supplies innovative packaging to discriminating customers located across North America. Like TricorBraun, Fenton, Weber & Jones serves the packaging needs of customers in a range of market segments including the personal care and health care industries.
Fenton, Weber & Jones’ design and engineering facility in Buffalo, New York becomes TricorBraun’s third state-of-the-art design and engineering center, along with TricorBraun’s existing centers in Chicago and Los Angeles. Fenton, Weber & Jones’ customer service operation in Buffalo adds to TricorBraun’s network of 28 branch locations to serve customers coast to coast. “We are particularly excited about the depth and breadth of engineering capabilities Fenton, Weber & Jones brings,” said Keith Strope, President and CEO of TricorBraun. “We are very pleased to welcome Fenton, Weber & Jones to the TricorBraun family.”
