This 8 ounce clear (flint) glass jar has a 70-400 smooth finish white polypropylene continuous thread closure which features an F-217 soft polyethylene foam liner. F-217 liners are chemical and odor resistant and offer a low moisture transmission rate. The simple visual appeal of this 8 oz glass jar makes it a good choice for packaging a wide variety of products, including candles, cosmetic products, and condiments.
Please note: Flint glass can have a tint to the product that may vary based on the iron oxide content during the manufacture production. The paired closure is recommended for a hot fill and cool process with a maximum temperature of 185°F/85°C.
