Is it possible to use the hot fill process with this bottle? Do you have other banjo shaped or syrup bottles that are hot fill or suitable for water bath canning?
This bottle is made from PET plastic and is not recommended for hot fill processing or water bath canning. High heat can cause PET to distort, affecting the bottle’s shape and seal. We do offer other container styles that are designed for hot fill applications, and glass options may be a better fit for water bath canning.
