Important Update for Customers of TricorBraun Inc.
(Formerly Veritiv Containers, previously also known as All American Containers)
To support and build on our announcement of the successful close of the acquisition on January 31, 2025, we are excited to announce the next phase of bringing our two great businesses closer together. As part of our ongoing commitment to improve our business processes, we will transition to the TricorBraun core operating system on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
The transition to this proven system is the result of thoughtful planning over several months so we can ensure a smooth transition. While the majority of the changes will be seamless, we’d like to bring your attention to a few areas:
No Product Shipping Between August 1 – 4, 2025:
In preparation for our system change, we will not be shipping product (including will call/customer pickups) from our warehouses during this time.
- Item Numbers: Our item numbers will change, but you may still order using existing item numbers
- New Lockbox for Payments: We encourage electronic payments for faster processing. Updated remittance details will be shared soon.
- Invoices & Statements: You will see a new format reflecting our integration with TricorBraun, example attached.
- Wire/ACH remittance details should be submitted to payments@tricorbraun.com.
- Please note - our banking information is NOT changing. Electronic/ACH and wire information will remain the same.
There are no changes to how you submit purchase orders—you can continue to follow the same process.
