Important Update for Vendors of TricorBraun Inc.
(Formerly Veritiv Containers, previously also known as All American Containers)
As part of our integration into TricorBraun shared services, we want to make you aware of important updates regarding invoice submissions, effective Tuesday, August 5, 2025:
- Purchase Order (POs) Numbers Required: All invoices must include a PO # to ensure proper and timely processing.
- If a PO was not provided, please provide the name of the person you work with at TricorBraun
- New Invoice Submission Email: Please submit invoices to [new email address].
- Please Note: Do not submit invoices to this email before Tuesday, August 5.
Payment Method: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): We are transitioning all payments to EFT. If you are not currently set up for EFT payments, we will reach out to request the necessary details. Please complete and return the provided EFT form to: SharedServicesap@tricorbraun.com.
When sending invoices via email:
- Each invoice must be sent as a separate PDF file
- Only one invoice per email
- Do not embed multiple invoices in a single email
