First time for an issueWe've purchased these many times and been very happy with the product, service and shipping until our last order. All cases arrived with the product coated with a film on the interior. They were unusable without being washed and disinfected. Fortunately, the customer service rep was very polite and responsive to the situation. She gets an excellent on being helpful, especially after a long wait for these to be back in stock. We were behind in orders already and the last thing we needed was a delay. The product gets a bad review, three dots for this order.
