RETURNS

For all exchanges, refunds, returns, or damage related issues, please notify us in writing by emailing  online@tricorbraun.com with your order details. Be sure to include your name and order number.

Returns:
If you discover a material defect in the goods related to materials or workmanship, you may request an exchange, refund, or return within 30 days of (i) purchase or, if product has a lead time for delivery, (ii) actual shipping date (collectively, the “Procurement Date”). If we confirm the existence of a material defect, we will allow the requested exchange, refund, or return. All exchanges, refunds, and/or returns are limited to the amount paid for the defective goods, which will be issued as either a refund or a credit. Your sole remedy, and our sole liability, is limited to the exchange or return of such goods.

Requests for exchanges, refunds, or returns that do not involve defective or damaged goods are handled on a case by case basis and may be accepted or rejected at our discretion. For non defective returns, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee of up to 25% of the total product price. If applicable, this fee will be deducted from the credit/refund issued. You will be informed whether a restocking fee applies when a return authorization number is provided.

All requests for exchanges, refunds, or returns, whether for defective or non defective goods, must be received within 30 days of the Procurement Date. Returned goods will only be accepted, and credit/refund issued, if a return authorization number is clearly noted on the return.

If an item is sold as part of a case pack, credit/refund will only be issued if the full case pack is returned.

No credit/refund will be issued for goods that have been used, altered, or modified in any way.

Unless otherwise specified by us, all returned goods must be shipped F.O.B. point of delivery. Risk of loss or damage during return transit remains with you until the goods are received by us. All return freight charges are your responsibility. Credit/refund will not be issued for original freight charges, customs fees, or any costs associated with returning the goods.

Damaged or Missing Shipments:
We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, damage may still occur. If your goods arrive damaged, do not refuse the shipment. Instead, notify us within 30 days of the Procurement Date so we may address the issue, which may include replacement goods or a credit/refund for the damaged items, at our discretion. If a shipment is refused, we will not assume responsibility for any related credits, refunds, exchanges, or returns.

If you do not receive your order within 10 days of the expected delivery date, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the Procurement Date so we may investigate.

For parcel shipments, we will review carrier tracking and proof of delivery. For LTL shipments, we will contact the carrier to obtain proof of delivery and delivery documentation. If the carrier is unable to provide proof of delivery, we will, at our discretion, either replace the affected items or issue a credit/refund for the value of the missing items. If the affected items are replaced, we will reship the replacement items to a FedEx OnSite location for customer pickup. We do not reship parcel orders to a residential or business address for packages reported as lost, stolen, or missing.
