CANSOURCE, A TRICORBRAUN COMPANY, APPOINTS JOHN SAALWACHTER AS VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
ST. LOUIS, September 4, 2024 – Global packaging leader TricorBraun announced today that John Saalwachter has been appointed Vice President of Sales for CanSource, a leading provider of can packaging and related services to the beverage industry.
As Vice President of Sales for CanSource, Saalwachter is responsible for leading the company's commercial sales team and strategy, nurturing relationships with key existing customers and suppliers, and fostering new business opportunities to drive continued growth.

Saalwachter brings a wealth of experience to his new role, with over 14 years in the industry. His most recent position was at Vobev, an aluminum beverage can producer and beverage contract manufacturer, where he was responsible for creating and executing a detailed commercial sales strategy, developing new business, and prioritizing clients to create a sustainable and strategic customer mix. Before Vobev, Saalwachter spent 12 years with Fortune 500 global metal packaging manufacturer Ball Corporation. He held various commercial leadership roles across the company’s different packaging business segments, overseeing sales, business development, account management, marketing, and new product development and innovation.
