This 48-400 metal continuous thread (CT) closure has a black exterior and a gold interior. It includes a pulp/aluminum (PAF) foil liner that works well with glass bottles and jars. A PAF liner provides reseal and very a good barrier to moisture and oxygen, and can be used for packaging a wide range of products including carton tetrachloride, chrome cleaner and polish, ethylene dichloride, grease, mineral oil, motor oil, organic solvents, shoe dye and shoe polish. This liner should NOT be used for packaging acids, bases, corrosives or aqueous products.
