This 5 gallon Italian glass carboy is the perfect vessel for fermenting 4 gallon batches of beer, wine, hard cider, and mead. It’s also the perfect solution for secondary fermentation of 5 gallon batches. It’s inherently impermeable to oxygen, meaning it does not allow oxygen to pass through and affect the liquid inside. This is also a great vessel for storing filtered water.

    It is ok, but not the glass of old
    Multiple scrapes in the glass, some bubbles and not the quality I am used to for Italian glass honestly. That said they are much better than some others in the market. I would pay more for one that was a grade higher.
