This 53-485 deep skirt continuous thread polypropylene (P/P) plastic closure has a smooth (glossy) skirt and a hinged dual dispensing flip top. The dispensing configuration is spoon (pour), and sift (five holes each 0.200 inches in diameter). The item includes a .008" C1S FS 3-25 Tri-Tab liner printed 'Sealed For Freshness' in black ink.
An FS 3-25 liner is a one piece board (pulp) backed heat induction foil innerseal that provides an agressive bond with clean peel removal from PET and PVC containers. Oxygen transmission and moisture vapor transmission are essentially zero.
This flip top closure features flap style dispensing convenience, easy one-hand opening and closing, and an audible "snap" when reclosing to ensure safety and freshness. It is ideal for packaging snacks, confectionary and sweeteners, grated cheese, spice and seasonings, and dry personal care products and chemicals.
